About Us:

Chris van der Leij, Managing Director of C & G Success Consultancy, has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. He spent most of his life as an employee in multi-national corporations all over the world, where he held positions in sales, sales management and customer service. He has an in-depth knowledge of the use of IT in a variety of industries such as banking, production, retail, hospitality, and services in general. His IT expertise covers the sale of hardware, applications, networking, software and databases.

He specialises in training and coaching. He is also a professional facilitator and motivational speaker with a special passion towards freeing the adolescent mind of limited beliefs and building their self-esteem. He has run multiple seminars on self-improvement.

His vast international experience and ability to deal with various cultures and languages still bring him a large number of overseas assignments. All his programmes incorporate NLP* techniques for personal change and self-motivation, as well as group behaviour influencing skills. He studied with Richard Bandler, the founder of NLP, and is a licensed NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer.

He is a native speaker of English and Dutch and fluent in French and German. He also has a good command of Afrikaans.
