Our Mission and Vision:
C & G Success Consultancy was first set up in the Netherlands in 2000. The organisation’s principal activities are directed at enhancing and growing the capabilities and competencies of each individual, both on a personal level and in relation to the company he or she is working for.
In January 2004 Chris van der Leij, Managing Director of C & G Success Consultancy moved back to South Africa where he set up offices in Somerset West.
Mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap that exists between the strategic objectives of an organisation, the contribution of its employees within the team or department, and the personal objectives of each individual employee.
A less than successful integration of these objectives is likely to result in underperformance of the organisation’s staff, mutual dissatisfaction and may, in the long run, even lead to underperforming staff members being laid off. In times of high unemployment rates staff layoffs are often difficult to justify and a costly affair to boot.
Vision
Our vision is to be the catalyst that will help companies and people achieve their full potential.
Within this context C & G Success Consultancy believes that this can only be done if the needs of the employer – be it in business, education, government or parastatal institution – are aligned with the needs of the individual. The ability to embrace diversity and the restoration of self-esteem to its citizens are seen as vital prerequisites for a company to become a world-class player.
Such a journey can only succeed in a climate of mutual respect, honesty and integrity. Moreover, value-based leadership rather than management will be the instrument that can be used to make a company stand out among its peers
