Training Approach
C & G Success Consultancy does not focus on off-the-shelf, box-standard training. Although off-the-shelf training has its place, it is not suitable in situations where companies want to improve the productivity or efficiency of its staff. Every company has its own specific culture and set of objectives and no two companies are alike. For this reason C & G Success Consultancy has developed a large set of modules, which can be put together and modified to meet the unique requirements of its principals.
Prior to each training an intake interview with the prospect takes place to determine what it is the prospect wants to achieve and what should be emphasised during the training. At the end of each training feedback forms are handed out and the results are communicated to the principal. It goes without saying that the anonymity of such feedback is respected in order for the attendants to feel free to comment as they wish.
Tool Set
All training modules incorporate the NLP tool set. Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP describes the way the neurology of the brain is affected by language and/or thought patterns, which in turn leads to the development of unconscious responses - or ‘programmes’ - to stimuli coming both from the inside and the outside, allowing a person to consistently achieve a particular result, be it positive or negative. NLP further offers tools to create lasting change in a person’s response to these stimuli. These tools have been found to be exceptionally effective in the areas of sales and customer service, where customer contact is essential.
